小型压缩机直接驱动气缸系统速度特性的研究

摘要

This paper uses a small air compressor as an independent air source to drive cylinders.Based on the constant axial load-ing mechanism,it builds up the platform of the direct-drive cylinder system of a small air compressor and the driving cylinder system of the centralized air source and researches on the speed characteristics of the driving cylinder systems of the small air compressor and the centralized air source and then, both characteristics are compared.%以小型压缩机作为气源直接驱动气缸,基于气缸轴向恒力加载装置,分别建立了小型压缩机直接驱动气缸系统与集中式气源驱动气缸系统的试验平台,研究了小型压缩机直接驱动气缸的速度特性与驱动负载之间的变化关系,并与集中式气源驱动气缸系统速度特性进行了比较分析.
