恶劣环境下的动密封结构设计

         

摘要

高造斜率井眼轨迹控制工具是一种控制大位移井井眼轨迹的井下工具,工作环境复杂,它的关键部件动密封还要受到高造斜工具结构的限制,所以工作条件更加恶劣.阐述该特殊动密封的恶劣工作环境,根据恶劣环境的要求,设计动密封的结构.高造斜工具的动密封分为上下两部分,上端动密封带有压力补偿系统,下端动密封的特殊结构能抗冲击振动.密封件均采用高温高压耐油材料,能够实现高效密封,满足恶劣工作环境的要求.%The trajectory control tool of high build-up rate wellbore is a kind down hole tool used to control the wellbore trajectory of the extended reach well. It works in a complex environment, its critical components dynamic sealing is also subject to the limitations of high build-up rate tool, so its working environment is even worse. The poor working conditions of the special dynamic sealing were described, in accordance with the severe environment, the structure of the dynamic sealing was designed. The dynamic sealing of high build-up rate tool has two parts, which are top sealing and bottom sealing. The top sealing has pressure compensation system and the bottom sealing has special structure to resist shock and vibration. The seals made of high temperature and high pressure oil-resistant material, can achieve high efficiency sealed and meet the harsh working environment.
