抗恶劣环境机箱结构设计及其动力学仿真

         

摘要

机箱是保证电子设备正常稳定工作的硬件设施,对保护电子元器件免于各种不确定性载荷作用和电磁干扰具有重要作用.从结构设计角度出发,介绍了机箱的总体设计、热设计.运用大型有限元分析ANSYS Workbench对某军用机箱进行了模态分析,随机振动分析,得到了机箱各阶固有频率和振型及各部件的应力、位移,并分析了各参数对机箱性能的影响.%The cabinet is the hardware facility to ensure electronic equipments work normally and stably,which is very important for electronic components to avoid all kinds of uncertainty load and electromagnetic shielding. At first, is the introduction of the cabinet from structural design,and then the overall design and the thermal design of it are introduced.On the other hand, the analysis of the model and the random vibration of a military cabinet are carried out by the use of finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.Nataral frequencies and modal shapes and the stress, displacement of components are obtained. The influences of various parameters on the properties of the cabinet are analyzed.
