微观复合造型模具拉延成形数值模拟和优化研究

             

摘要

The shaping quality and die life will be increased obviously by using laser surface composite micro-texturing technology to optimize die surface friction properties.The effect of the friction properties in different regions on the die sur-face and the drawing quality was discussed by FE numerical simulation.The die working surface can be divided into main affected region,normal affected region and micro affected region based on the regional frictional influence on the square box drawing process.The regressive analysis model was established to calculate the thickness variation ratio by the uniform design method,it is helpful for the optimization of friction properties distribution in some traditional metal shaping dies.%通过对模具表面的微织构复合造型处理,实现模具表面摩擦状态的优化,可以提高制件成形质量和模具使用寿命。采用有限元方法分析板料拉延成形中模具表面各区域摩擦特性对拉延成形性能的影响规律。根据模具不同区域摩擦对方盒件拉延成形质量的影响,将模具工作表面划分为主影响区、次影响区和微影响区。通过均匀设计试验法,得到方盒件拉延成形减薄率和增厚率回归方程,为传统金属成形模具表面摩擦特性分布的优化提供理论依据。
