初始条件与突变载荷对径向滑动轴承瞬态润滑性能的影响∗

         

摘要

研究在油水两相流体润滑条件下,径向滑动轴承启动阶段液膜压力和液膜厚度等参数的变化规律,分析初始条件对轴承稳态润滑性能的影响,以及突变载荷对轴承润滑的影响。结果表明:启动阶段液膜压力先迅速增大,达到最大值后逐渐减小达到稳态,液膜温度持续增加最终达到平衡,承载瓦块处液膜厚度随着压力的增大而减小,非承载瓦块处间隙增大;不同初始载荷、温度、转速对轴承润滑性能都有显著影响;突变载荷会造成液膜压力的突变,同时对液膜温度、液膜厚度也有影响。%The variations of hydrodynamic pressure and film thickness with water⁃in⁃oil lubricants during start⁃up were studied,the effects of initial conditions and impact load on the lubrication characteristics of journal bearing were analyzed. The results show that during the period of start⁃up, film pressure is increased quickly to peak and then decreased to a steady state,temperature is continuously increased before reaching steady state,and the film thickness on the bearing pads is decreased with the increase of pressure,the clearance on the non bearing pads is increased.The effects on the lubrication characteristics of bearings by different initial loads,temperatures and speeds are remarkable.Impact load can lead to the impact of film pressure,and also has influences on temperature and film thickness.
