热处理方式对GCr15钢与Si3N4副干摩擦磨损性能的影响

         

摘要

The wear properties of GCr15 steel with salt bath furnace heat treatment and mesh belt furnace heat treatment were tested against Si3N4 ceramic ball under dry friction condition by using self-made rapid wear test machine,the profiles of GCr15 steel wear surfaces were observed by White Light Interferometer (WLI) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM),the wear volume of GCr15 steel was calculated by SPIP 3D graphic analysis software.The results show that the GCr15 steel with mesh belt furnace heat treatment has smaller average dry friction and wear volume against Si3N4 ceramic ball compared with that with salt bath furnace heat treatment,and its anti-wear properties are better under multiple experimental conditions.The wear failure mechanism of GCr1 5 steel by two heat treatment methods is fatigue wear,while the wear performance of GCr15 steel with mesh belt furnace heat treatment is improved,the wear surface of the test sample is relatively smooth and has less wear fatigue crack,and the plastic deformation is reduced.%对GCr15钢进行网带炉热处理和盐浴炉热处理,在自制的快速磨损试验装置上,以Si3N4陶瓷球为对偶件,研究不同热处理方式对GCr15钢干摩擦磨损性能的影响;利用白光共焦三维形貌轮廓仪和扫描电子显微镜观察磨损表面形貌,结合SPIP三维图形分析软件计算GCr15钢体积磨损量.研究表明:与盐浴炉热处理相比,GCr15钢网带炉热处理后与Si3N4陶瓷球在多组试验条件下的平均干摩擦体积磨损量更小,磨损性能更优;两种热处理方式的磨损失效原因均为疲劳磨损,但网带炉热处理后GCr15钢的磨损性能提高,试验后磨损表面相对较光滑、疲劳裂纹较少,表面的局部塑性变形减小.
