计算馏程法在润滑油基础油调合中的应用

摘要

In order to produce the qualified lube oil, two or more kinds of lube base oils are blended according to the relevant proportion. While the distil ation range of the blended lube base oil is very useful, because it can forecast lots of key per-formance indicators of the lube oil. Based on al kinds of experiments, a method is obtained to draw distil ation range by cal-culating. What is more, the specific application way combined actual condition is also il ustrated.%在润滑油生产过程中，需要先将两种或多种不同牌号的润滑油基础油按配方先行调合，而其调合后的馏程情况可预判润滑油的许多关键性能指标，故而对润滑油的生产具有重大意义。文章采用计算馏程法得到蒸馏曲线，并结合实际情况阐明了其具体的应用方法。
