一种智能变电站智能告警专家系统推理机制的研究

     

摘要

随着智能变电站的智能化程度越来越高,调控一体化系统需要采集的各类运行监视信号越来越多,且这些信号高度融合与共享,当发生事故时,值班运行人员要从大量的告警信号中提取并分析事故原因,从而无法快速准确地进行故障定位和排除.针对上述问题,提出一种基于模糊Petri网络的智能告警专家系统推理机制,通过对具有关联性的告警信号的模糊推理,得出接近于事实的结论,帮助值班运行人员快速地对事故进行判断、定位并排除,从而提高智能变电站的运行管理水平.%As the degree of the intelligence of smart substation is higher and higher,all types of operation monitoring signals integrated regulation system needs to collect are more and more,and these signals are high degree of integration and sharing,when the accident occurrs the staff on duty have to run extracted from a large number of alarm signals and analyze the cause of the accident,so can not fastly and accurately do the fault location and troubleshooting.For the above problems,an intelligent alarm expert system inference mechanism was proposed based on fuzzy Petri network,through the warning signals having relevance fuzzy reasoning,facts come close to the conclusion that can help operators quickly determine,locate and rectify the accident and improve the operation and management level of intelligent substation.
