严寒地区高层住宅质量问题及对策研究

摘要

文中以新疆五家渠市某住宅区为例,针对严寒地区高层住宅质量问题的特殊性,从设计、施工及后期物业管理三个方面指出常见的质量问题,分析原因并提出合理化对策建议,供相关单位参考.%The article takes a certain living quarter of Wujiaqu city in Xinjiang as an example.According to the particularity of the cold region's high-rise residential building qualities,we point out common quality problems,analyse the reasons and put forward reasonable countermeasures considering design,construction and anagement,so that it can provide the reference for the related units.
