纤维参数对级配碎石劈裂强度的影响

摘要

在沥青路面中设置级配碎石柔性基层可以预防反射裂缝,而在级配碎石当中掺入一定量(不超过0.15％)的纤维可以提高级配碎石的劈裂强度.本文通过系统的试验,分析纤维的掺量及纤维长度等参数对柔性基层料(级配碎石)劈裂强度的影响规律,进而确定最佳的纤维掺入比例,获得高劈裂强度的级配碎石柔性基层材料.%In the asphalt pavement,the graded macadam flexible base can prevent the reflection crack,but adding a certain amount of fiber (not more than 0.15％) among the graded macadam can improve the cleavage strength of graded macadam.In this paper,the influence of fiber content and fiber length on the cleavage strength of flexible base material (graded macadam) is systematically analyzed by experiments.Then,the optimum ratio of fiber incorporation is determined,and the high flexible base graded macadam flexible base material is obtained.
