考虑道路毁损程度的应急物资调配策略研究

摘要

In this paper, after considering the influence of road damage, its level and recoverability on vehicle operation time, we introduced the limitation period for emergency material dispatching and with minimal distribution delay as the objective, built the optimization model to obtain the optimal emergency material dispatching plan. At the end we designed an improved genetic algorithm for its solution and used a numerical example to demonstrate the validity of the model and its solution.%考虑道路损毁情况、损毁程度及可修复性对车辆运行时间的影响，并引入应急物资调度限制期，以最小化配送延迟为目标建立优化模型，以求得最优的应急物资调配方案。最后，设计了改进的遗传算法求解，并用算例验证了模型及其求解方法的可行性和合理性。
