金融危机视角下我国物流企业跨国并购研究

摘要

In this paper,starting from the challenges and opportunities faced by the Chinese logistics enterprises in transnational M&A and on the basis of the analysis and empirical study of a relevant case,we discussed the problems and obstructions encountered by the Chinese logistics enterprises while participating in international M&A as well as the practical situation in the Chinese logistics market and accordingly proposed the countermeasures for the problems.%以我国物流企业在跨国并购中所面临的挑战与机遇为出发点,在进行相关案例分析与实证分析的基础上,针对当前国内物流企业参与跨国并购中所遇到的问题与阻碍,就当前我国国内物流市场环境的实际情况展开论述,并针对性地提出了相关的问题解决对策,以期为我国物流业开展海外并购提供借鉴与参考.
