新型职业能力体系下高职物流管理专业课程体系构建

摘要

In this paper, in light of the changing standard of the demand for logistics talents by the enterprises, we analyzed the new vocational competence system of the logistics talents, pointed out its constituting elements, and studied the composition of the core vocational competence. Then on the basis of establishing a corresponding competence system and in connection with the characteristics of the higher vocational education, we constructed a scientific curricular system to integrate the theoretical and practical courses.%结合企业对物流人才需求规格的变化,分析新型物流人才的职业能力体系特征,提出了新型物流人才能力体系的构成要素,并对职业核心能力的组成进行了分析,在搭建能力体系的基础上,结合高职教育的特点,构建科学的课程体系,实现了理论课程与实训课程的有机融合,以更好培养企业转型升级所需的新型物流人才.
