湖北省重大自然灾害应急物资储备节点布局研究

摘要

In this paper, we first analyzed the current status and problems in the layout of the emergency material reserve depots in Hubei, then using the entropy value method, obtained the comprehensive evaluation score of the depots in various regions of the province, then established the 0-1 hybrid integer programming model for the layout of the depots, and at the end, solved the model before analyzing the general layout plan of the province.%首先分析了目前湖北省应急物资储备节点分布现状和问题，然后运用熵值法获得湖北省各区域应急物资储备节点综合评判得分，接着构建了湖北省应急物资储备节点布局0-1混合整数规划模型，最后对该模型进行求解，并对湖北应急物资储备节点布局规划方案进行了分析。
