In this paper, we built the customer satisfaction function and the fresh farm produce deterioration function under the constraint of customer demand volume, farm produce freshness and time window, then with the minimal total sum of the transportation cost, penalty cost and waste cost as the objective, built the fresh farm produce distribution route optimization model based on VRPTW, solved it using genetic algorithm, and at the end, through a numerical example, proved the feasibility of the model and algorithm established.%在满足顾客需求量、农产品新鲜度和时间窗的限制下,构建顾客满意度函数及鲜活农产品变质函数,以运输成本、惩罚成本和损耗成本总和最小为目标,以顾客满意度最高为约束条件,建立基于VRPTW的鲜活农产品配送路径优化模型,运用遗传算法得出最优配送路径。最后通过算例验证构建模型及算法在实际中的可行性。
