总结了国内外油气管道风险评估的研究现状，阐述了目前存在的问题及发展方向；基于结构可靠性理论建立了海底管道腐蚀失效概率定量计算方法，分析了方法建立及求解过程中的关键问题，最后给出了腐蚀管道失效概率定量计算流程，以期为海底管道定量风险评估提供参考。%In this paper, we summarized the current status on the studies on risk evaluation of oil and gas pipelines both in China and abroad, and analyzed the existing problems and the direction for future development. Next we built the quantitative method for the calculation of the corrosion and failure probability of seafloor pipelines on the basis of the structural reliability theory, and at the end presented the process of the quantitative calculation.
