In this paper, we analyzed the current operational modes of the vegetable supply chain,and then from the perspective of the supply chain, studied the composition of the cost of the vegetable logistics process.%分析了蔬菜供应链现有运作模式，基于供应链视角解析了蔬菜物流的成本构成及各类成本的内容，为优化蔬菜物流成本提供方向性指导。
