安阳市发展现代物流业的SWOT分析与策略研究

摘要

运用SWOT分析法综合分析当前环境下安阳市发展现代物流业所具有的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战，提出安阳市发展现代物流业必须树立现代物流管理理念、营造良好的物流发展环境、加强物流人才的培养、提升物流企业竞争力等策略，促进安阳市现代物流业又好又快地发展。%In this paper, using the SWOT process, we studied the strength, weakness, opportunities and challenges for the development of the modern logistics industry in Anyang and then proposed the strategies and path for the sound and rapid development of the industry.
