针对客车生产企业在精益生产推行过程中存在的库存量过高、线平衡过低以及生产系统柔性不足等一系列生产管理问题,运用价值流图析方法对产品从原材料到成品的整个过程进行深入分析,以价值流的形式直观呈现出来.通过对生产节拍的改进,引入连续流、拉动系统、均衡混流生产等方法对原有系统进行改善,并绘制出价值流未来状态图.改善后的生产过程,在增值率、平衡率以及在制品库存等方面都有了明显改善,提高了企业市场竞争力.%In this paper, in view of the problems in the lean production of coach manufacturing enterprises, we used the value stream map to analyze the whole process from the raw materials to the finished products of the coach products, next introduced such methods as continuous flow, pulling system and equilibrium mixed flow production, etc., to improve the original system and drew the future state chart of the value stream.
