基于物联网的连锁零售业配送中心作业优化r—以武汉中百物流配送中心为例

摘要

在详细分析了武汉中百物流干货配送中心作业现状和流程的基础上,提出了该配送中心存在的主要问题.针对存在的问题提出了基于物联网技术的连锁零售业配送中心作业优化方案,该方案能大大提高运作效率、优化作业流程、提高客户服务水平,为同类企业应用物联网技术提供借鉴作用.%In this paper,we analyzed in detail the current status and process system of the dry goods distribution center of the Wuhan Zhongbai Supermarket,pointed out the major problems existing therein,and then accordingly,proposed the measures to optimize the operational process of the distribution center.
