一种改进型环行有轨穿梭车

     

摘要

In this paper, we first went over the mechanical and structural design of the circular shuttles used in domestic and foreign projects, analyzed their common features, and then in view of such and the requirement often voiced in practice, further optimized its design, including switching to three-foot support, single motor drive and same width for both inner and outer rails, etc., which helped further simplify the structural design of the shuttle, reduce its manufacturing difficulty and cost and ease its installation.%目前国内外项目中使用的环行穿梭车的机械结构设计,大多具有以下设计特点:四轮支撑,双电机驱动,平面踏面轨道,内、外轨往往具有不同曲率或不同轨面形状,等等.针对以上几方面设计特点和实际使用要求,进一步优化设计,改为三点支撑,单电机驱动,内外轨同宽等改进型设计将有助于进一步简化结构设计,降低制造难度和成本,并使制造安装更为方便易行.
