基于物料属性的马钢备件采购策略研究

文中立足备件的多种属性，分析马钢备件采购现状，研究备件采购的策略定位；通过对不同属性的备件采购定位分析，建立备件采购策略的选择机制，进而优化备件采购模式。%Based on the variety of properties of spare parts,this paper analysis the present situation of procurement of spare parts in Maanshan Iron.Then the strategic positioning of procurement of spare parts is researched.Through positioning analysis for different attributes of spare parts,the selection mechanism of spare parts procurement strategy is built.And this can optimize the procurement mode of the spare parts.
