中小企业库存管理策略探讨

随着市场经济的发展及市场竞争的加剧，如何降低成本成为企业思考的一个重要的问题。特别是制造业，面对大量的原材料及在制品、产成品，降低库存成本以减少企业总成本迫在眉睫。文中以中小企业为研究对象，对其库存管理存在的问题作简要说明，同时在这些问题的基础上提出了相关的对策。%With the development of market economy and market competition intensifies,how to reduce the cost of business has become an important issue to think about.Especially in manufacturing,with a lot of raw materials and products,finished products,reduce inventory costs in order to reduce the total cost is imminent In this paper,the research object is the inventory management of small and medium enterprises as,there will be a brief description of the problems,at the same time put forward relevant countermeasures on these issues.
