大数据时代物流企业升级管理的策略分析

         

摘要

During the industrial transformation and upgrading period,the logistics industry,as a pillar of socio-economic development,has been converted to a modern logistics from the traditional logistics.The data competition among logistics enterprises becomes an important factor that helps the enterprises occupy the favorable position in the market.In present work,the content and technical line of large data collaborative logistics management as well as the current development of the logistics industry were explained.Some strategies including large data processing capabilities, innovative business model, optimizing internal business processes were proposed.%在我国产业转型升级时期,物流作为社会经济发展的支柱产业,已经从传统物流向现代物流转变,物流企业间的竞争也转变为数据间的竞争,物流企业只有顺应时代发展的趋势才能在激烈的市场竞争中占据有利地位。文中从物流行业发展的现状出发,对大数据协同物流管理的基本内涵、技术线路进行阐述,并从提高大数据处理能力、创新经营模式、优化内部业务流程等方面对物流企业提出了相关的对策建议。
