农村家庭养老功能弱化的影响因素分析*--以江苏华西村和兴胜村为例

By visiting and investigating the Hua-xi village and Xing-sheng village in Jiangsu Province.Recently,the traditional family structure,the rural population mobility and the living distance and other factors,obviously weaken the function of rural family endowment function.Thus we put forward the government support,rural grassroots organizations and mutual support, development of rural economy to guide population flow.%通过对江苏省华西村以及兴胜村进行走访调研，家庭结构、农村人口流动以及居住距离等因素的变动，明显弱化了农村家庭养老功能。由此，提出了政府支持、农村基层组织和互助组织支持、发展农村经济引导人口流动方向等建议。
