异质双渠道销售下的闭环供应链契约协调定价

             

摘要

Build a demand model closed to the matter of fact based on the merits and demerits of the traditional sales and online shopping withconsidering the delay of online shopping andofflineservice.Under this model,the paper analyzes a closed supply chain which consists of a manufacturer、a retailer and a third-party recycler,including centralized model and two decentralized model,and the third party for recycling all.After solving the model,found that as long as the online sale price and offline sale price is equal to the price of the centralized,can achieve maximal profit for the whole supply chain.Finally,use revenue sharing contract to coordinate the two decentralized model in order to reach the profit level of centralization.%为了更加贴合实际销售情形,文中针对网络销售和传统渠道销售各自的优缺点,考虑线下服务的优势和线上购买产品时的延迟性,建立更加符合实际情况的销售量模型[1].在此模型下,分析第三方回收时,制造商网上直销和零售商开辟网售的两种模式.先求出集中模式下的定价,发现只要网售价格和传统渠道的价格等于集中决策时的价格,就可以达到供应链的整体利润最大化.然后计算出分散决策时的定价,再用收益共享契约对供应链进行协调,达到集中时的利润水平.
