共同配送的利润分配一直是企业应用共同配送模式满足自身发展亟需解决的重要问题,我国学者对共同配送的模式及概念的相关研究定性分析相对较多,而实际应用共同配送过程中定量研究会更有说服力,共同配送的模式有很多,利润分配方法也不只一种,如何使模式和方法相契合保证参与各方都满意才是共同配送追求的目标.文中研究了小规模共同配送网络的利润分配,这种由第三方物流主导的共同配送模式有广泛的适用性,利用Shapley值对小规模共同配送网络的利润分配进行了计算分析,并对联盟的进入策略进行了优化.%The profit allocation of joint distribution has been the common distribution pattern of enterprise application to meet the urgent need to solve the important problems of their own development,qualitative research and concept of Chinese scholars on the analysis of the joint distribution is relatively more,and the actual application of joint distribution process quantitative research will be more convincing,the joint distribution model has a lot of,profit distribution method it is more than one,how to make models and methods fit so that all parties involved in the joint distribution are satisfied is the pursuit of the goal.This paper studies the small scale together with the profit distribution of distribution network,the joint distribution pattern that is dominated by third party logistics has wide applicability,the Shapley value of the profit distribution network of small scale distribution joint were calculated and analyzed,and the optimized entry strategy alliance.
