This article offers a close reading of Mo Yan’s Life and Death Are Wearing Me Out using Walter Benjamin’s ideas on Surrealism, and it attempts to investigate the cryptic narrative in the text and the author’s unique interpretation of the contemporary history.%本文借助本雅明对超现实主义的见解，介入对莫言《生死疲劳》的文本细读，尝试探讨文本内部的隐微叙事与莫言对当代历史的独到诠释。
