金酒,又名杜松子酒,是配制酒的一种,味道清爽气味芬芳。金酒的生产原料易得且价格低廉,生产周期短,经济效益较高。试验通过正交试验对香源性物质的提取条件、杜松子加入量对金酒品质的影响进行了研究。从品鉴结果可知,香源性物质提取工艺参数为浸泡时间9天、酒度46%、浸提比例1∶10;杜松子的加入量为2%时,金酒的酒体澄清透明,无杂味,杜松子香气较浓,口感协调,易于接受。%Gin, also known as Juniper berries wine, is a wine, taste fresh and fragrant smell.
