案例教学法在葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业植物生理学教学中的适用性初探

         

摘要

Case teaching method is a new teaching method generally advocated at present. In such method, student as the main body are encouraged to participate in the teaching process, and the learning initiative and creativity are highly emphasized. In this paper, the course of plant physiology was used as the research object, and the reform in three aspects including the integration of teaching content, teaching case selection, and experimental teaching was carried out in order to stimulate students' interest in learning and enhance their learning capability.%案例教学法是目前普遍倡导的一种新型教学方法, 该方法以学生为主体, 鼓励学生参与教学过程, 强调学习的主动性和创造性.以葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业"植物生理学"课程为研究对象, 围绕案例教学法对植物生理学课程在教学内容整合、教学案例选择、实验教学3个方面进行了改革和探讨, 旨在激发学生学习兴趣、提升学生学习力.
