上呼吸道感染发热程度与致热源相关因子的相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the degree of fever on upper respiratory tract infection patients and its pyrogenic factor. Methods:Selected 180 patients of the upper respiratory tract infection of patients with febrile randomly, whose visit number is the singular, recorded body temperature. Recording to the basis of temperature, the patients were divided into low heat group, moderate fever group and the hyperthermia group. The levels of IL-1,IL-6, TNF-α, IL-10 for the each group of patients were detected among groups. Results:The levels of IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α, IL-10 is different in the each group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The differences of IL-1, IL-10 levels is significant among the each group, especially the result between the hyperthermia group and low heat group (P<0.01). Conclusion:There was a correlation between the pyrogenic factor levels and the temperature of upper respiratory tract infection patients. Tracking detection and analysis to the pyrogenic factor, The development trend of the disease and prognosis can be fsirly accurate assessed. The operation is simple, safe, worthy of clinical application.%目的:探讨上呼吸道感染患者发热程度与自身热源性因子的相关性。方法:随机选取180名就诊号为单数的上呼吸道感染伴发热患者,记录就诊时体温并依据体温分为低热组、中度发热组以及高热组,分别检测各组患者IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10水平,比较各组患者的IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10水平之间是否存在差异。结果:不同发热程度组别患者IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10水平存在差异(P <0.05或P <0.01),其中高热组患者IL-1、IL-10水平与低热组的差异尤为明显(P <0.01)。结论:上呼吸道感染伴发热患者的热源性因子水平与其体温存在相关性。对上呼吸道感染发热患者热源性因子的追踪检测与分析,能及时、较好地对患者疾病发展趋势及预后进行准确评估。且其操作安全、简便,值得临床推广应用。
