Model is a key for the shape system that extracts fr om plastics type material,model design demands accurate analysis and calculation to guarantee the output,physical and mechanical capability and surface quality extracted from the type material.This article analyzes design issue,such as cha nnel structure,geometry size and form length，cooling of model and so on.%模具是塑料型材挤出成型系统中的一个关键，模具 设计必须经过精确分析和计算才能保证型材挤出产量、物理机械性能和表面质量。本文试就 模具流道结构、流道几何尺寸、定形模长度、定形模冷却等设计问题进行了分析。
