受内压无折边偏心锥壳的强度影响参数分析

             

摘要

对某个与大小端筒体相连的偏心锥壳进行有限元计算,分析了偏心锥壳内外壁的三向应力变化.在对不同锥角、大小端直径比、小端直径与厚度比的偏心锥壳进行分析计算后发现,锥壳的最大应力强度均发生在其内壁具有最大倾斜角的经线与大端筒体的连接点.根据正交设计法,给出了该点最大应力强度与3个无因次参数的多元线性回归方程.%A slant conical shell without hem was calculated by finite element.It explained the situation of three direction's stress of the slant conical shell.It found the relationship between the maximum stress intensity and the calculation of parameters by analysis different size of slant conical shell.By analyzing the different cone angle,big to small end diameter ratio and small end to thickness ratio of the slant conical shell,it found that the maximum stress intensity always located at inner surface of the slant conical shell with the connecting point of the big end of cylinder and the maximum slant angle of meridian.The paper gives out a multiple linear regression equation of the maximum stress intensity and the dimensionless parameter according to the method of orthogonal design.
