基于蜂窝夹套反应釜强度分析和结构设计

         

摘要

Based on the traditional honeycomb jacket reactor in structural design existing excessive margin, waste materials and other defects, this paper put forward the honeycomb jacket structure stress analysis and fatigue calculation by using the finite element software ANSYS, obtained the maximum stress intensity located at the outer wall of welding foot of short tube and jacket structure.In order to ensure the fatigue strength and stress intensity, the thickness of tube, diameter, tube spacing, jacket thickness four parameter optimization were designed by using ANSYS parameters language, and the objective function of the whole structure was minimized. The analysis results show that the optimization quality reduces by 39.4%.Research results of the project group cut down the manufacturing cost, thereby realize the goals of reducing the structural quality and economy.%针对传统蜂窝夹套反应釜在结构设计时存在裕量过大,材料浪费等缺点,提出了利用有限元ANSYS软件对蜂窝夹套结构进行应力分析和疲劳校核,得到了应力强度最大点位于短管与夹套结构焊脚外壁处.在保证疲劳强度和应力强度条件下,采用ANSYS参数化语言对夹套反应釜的短管壁厚、短管直径、短管间距及夹套厚度等4个参数优化设计,并以整体结构的总质量最小作为设计的目标函数,分析结果表明优化后的质量降低了39.4%.课题组的研究成果缩减了生产制造费用,实现了降低结构质量和经济化的目标.
