Objective To establish the detection methods of heavy metal for Huili pomegranate;Methods Microwave digestion was used for sample handling,the heavy metal in pomegranate were determined by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry.Results In the content test of determination of Cu,Zn,Pb,The way of AAS's correlative coefficient between 0.9997 and 0.9998,the relative standard deviation of examinated elements was 0.44~1.21%,The recovery of samples standard addition was 98.7~111.7%;Conclusion The methods are sensitive,accurate and reliable.The results lay the foundation for the development and utilization of Huili pomegranate.%目的:建立会理石榴中重金属的检测方法;方法:采用微波消解法处理样品,原子吸收光谱法测定石榴中的重金属含量;结果:在测定Cu、Zn、Pb等元素的含量试验中,原子吸收光谱法的相关系数在0.9997~0.9998之间,测定元素的相对标准偏差为0.44~1.19%,加标回收率为98.7~111.7%;结论:该方法灵敏,准确可靠。实验结果为会理石榴的开发利用奠定基础。
