图书馆联盟协同创新过程研究*--基于知识流动的视角

摘要

With the development and modification of cooperation theory of library consortia that synergetic innovation has become the key factor to inlfuence the innovation ability of library consortia. This paper regards the synergetic innovation process of library consortia as the knowledge lfowing process among the members that divided into three stages including knowledge sharing, Knowledge creation and knowledge advantage formation that have obtained the theoretical model of knowledge lfow SCA of library consortia synergetic innovation. Then it analyzes the characteristics and related factors of knowledge sharing in knowledge lfowing process of library consortia synergetic Innovation that explore the new effective way and method of synergetic innovation process of library consortia.%随着图书馆联盟合作理论的不断发展和完善，图书馆联盟协同创新逐渐成为影响联盟综合创新能力的重要因素之一。图书馆联盟协同创新过程可以视为是联盟内部之间的知识共享和交流过程，该过程可以分为三个主要阶段：即知识共享、知识创造与知识优势建立，并在此基础上得出了图书馆联盟协同创新的知识流动SCA理论模型。通过分析影响图书馆联盟协同创新过程中知识共享和交流的相关因素，可以找到有利于促进图书馆联盟协同创新的有效途径和方法。
