图书馆立法研究过程中图书馆人的精神历程

通过回顾图书馆立法研究的历史,认为图书馆立法的研究过程经历了四个阶段,分别是为图书馆人的图书馆的立法研究、为读者的图书馆的立法研究、为公民的图书馆的立法研究、为符合国情的图书馆的立法研究等.%By reviewing the history of library legislation research, we believe that the research process of library legislation has gone through four stages: legislative research for library people, legislative research for readers, legislation research for citizens‘ library , legislative research for libraries in line with national conditions, etc.
