基于鱼骨分析的高校图书馆文献采访质量优化策略

摘要

将鱼骨图分析法引入文献采访工作的质量管理中,重点分析鱼骨图在文献采访工作中的应用过程和应用方向,以预防文献采购重复和提高文献采访的学科覆盖率为例,详细介绍利用鱼骨图分析法绘制出的文献采访工作体系图、文献采购重复鱼骨分析图、导致文献内容学科覆盖率低的鱼骨分析图、书商评价体系图等,并对文献采访工作进行了全面细致的梳理,希望对实现文献采访质量的优化控制起到抛砖引玉的作用.%This article introduces the fishbone diagram method into the quality management of literature acquisition and analyzes the application process as well as application direction of fishbone diagram. Taking how to prevent the duplication and improve the subject coverage as example, this article introduces in detail the working system diagram of the literature acquisition drawn by fishbone diagram, the acquisition duplication analysis with fishbone diagram, reason analysis of low subject coverage with fishbone diagram and the evaluation system diagram of bookseller, etc. This article makes a comprehensive and detailed analysis on literature acquisition, hoping to provide reference for optimizing the quality of literature acquisition.
