公共图书馆法人治理结构研究

摘要

It is beneficial for the public library, a legal entity, to establish a corporate governance structure so as to promote the re-form of administrative management system. This article expounds the concept and composition of corporate governance of public li-brary and analyzes its development status as well as existing problems. Meanwhile, it puts forward the path to establish the corpo-rate governance structure of the public library.%公共图书馆属于事业单位法人机构，建立法人治理结构是推动事业单位行政管理体制改革的有益探索。文章在阐述公共图书馆法人治理结构的概念及组成的基础上，研究了当前公共图书馆法人治理结构现状，明确了其中存在的问题，并提出了公共图书馆法人治理结构建立的路径。
