大陆和台湾地区高校图书馆研修室现状调查与分析

摘要

采用网络调查法对大陆和台湾地区高校图书馆研修室的开设现状进行调查,比较了两地区研修室的管理现状,并阐述了研修室"以读者需求为导向""融入IC理念""保证权益公平"三个服务理念,最后提出研修室应完善管理制度、提高IC服务层次和注重用户反馈评价三项管理建议.%The paper investigated the current state of university libraries' study rooms of the Mainland and Taiwan with the method of online survey, and compared the management situation of study rooms between the two.Then, the paper presents three service ideas of need-oriented service, information commons(IC) integration and fairness guarantee.Finally, the paper put forward three management suggestions: improving management system, enhancing IC service and paying attention to the feedback and evaluation of study rooms.
