对黑龙江省大众滑雪指导员队伍的调查研究

摘要

采用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对黑龙江省大众滑雪指导员现状进行了调查,结果显示:黑龙江省大众滑雪指导员整体水平不高、性别比例偏差较大、学历结构不合理、无证上岗人员较多、索要小费现象严重;高级大众滑雪指导员并不在雪场工作.针对存在的问题提出相应对策,以期为大众滑雪指导员队伍的发展提供参考.%By using the documents, questionnaire and statistics, this paper investigates the status quo of the mass ski-guiders in Heilongjiang province. The results show that there are many problems about the make-up of mass ski-guiders, such as low level of performance, great disparity in sex ratio, big gaps in personnel educational background, lack of quali-fication for the staff on duty, who often asks for unreasonable tips, etc. With regard to the above-mentioned problems, the paper proposes due countermeasures that are conducive to mass ski-guiders' development.
