就业导向下社会体育指导与管理专业学生职业能力审视

摘要

对湖南省部分高校社会体育指导与管理专业学生的职业能力进行研究，结果发现：因高校课程设置、师资队伍、教材建设、实践教学等方面的原因，学生职业能力训练明显不够，职业能力不足，很大程度上影响到学生的对口就业。%By researching Guidance and management of Social sports majors of Hunan, this article finds that the training of the ability of professional ability is obvious insufficient because of the course, teachers, teaching material, practical teaching and so on, and insufficient in professional ability makes big difference in counterpart employment.
