虫害诱导的杨树化学物质对分月扇舟蛾生长发育的影响

         

摘要

As a new plant resistance type, induced resistance has a great potential in the feeding and egg laying prospects ofphytopha- gous insects. In this research, feeding selection behaviors of Clostera anastomos/s larvae to poplar leaves processed in different ways were observed indoor with a selective method. After 2-3 year larvae were fed with leaves damaged by insect pests for 48 hours, nutri- lional effect of the leaves damaged by insect pests was tested and the influences on the development period, pupa weight, emergence rate and other growth and development conditions of Clostera anastomosis larvae fed with the leaves damaged by insect pests was ana- lyzed. A biochemical method was used to detect the change of nutrient substances and secondary substances of the damage leaves. The results shown that the leaves damaged with insect pests had repellency against Clostera anastomosis; mechanical injury did not af- fect selectivity to hosts; and after Clostera anastomosis larvae eaten damaged leaves, the development period was prolonged, pupa weight, emergence rate, soluble sugar content were reduced, and the contents of tannin and tlavone were increased.%诱导抗性作为一种新的植物抗性类型,在防御植食性昆虫的取食和产卵方面具有很大的潜力。该项研究在室内采用选择性方法,观察了分月扇舟蛾幼虫对不同处理的杨树叶的取食选择行为。用虫害叶喂食2-3龄幼虫48h,测定其营养效应,分析了喂食虫害叶对分月扇舟蛾的幼虫发育历期、蛹重、羽化率等生长发育的影响。利用生化方法测定了杨树叶片虫害后营养物质和次生物质的变化。结果表明:虫害叶对分月扇舟蛾表现为忌避作用;机械损伤叶不影响对寄主的选择性。分月扇舟蛾取食虫害叶后幼虫的发育历期延长、蛹重增加、羽化率降低,可溶性糖含量下降,单宁和黄酮含量增加。
