苦豆碱对分月扇舟蛾幼虫生长发育和食物利用的影响

         

摘要

为了探索荒漠植物苦豆子防治森林害虫的前景,在(28±1)℃,RH=70%,光照L∥D=16 h∥8h的条件下研究了苦豆碱对分月扇舟蛾(Clostera anastomosis)幼虫生长发育和食物利用的影响.结果表明,苦豆碱对分月扇舟蛾幼虫的生长发育和食物利用有明显的抑制效应,且抑制作用随着苦豆碱浓度的升高而逐渐加强.表现在取食生物碱处理的食物后,幼虫体重、每日体重增加量和相对生长率下降,取食量和排粪量降低,对食物的利用和转化效率下降,发育速度显著减慢、历期延长.结果还表明,苦豆碱对分月扇舟蛾的蛹期、蛹重、化蛹率和羽化率有抑制作用,且抑制作用随着苦豆碱浓度的升高而逐渐加强.%In order to explore the prospects of plants for controlling forest insect pests,the effects of aloperine on growth,development and food utilization of the 3rd-instar larvae of Clostera anastomosis were studied under laboratory conditions,(28 + 1)℃,RH=70%,L∥D=16 h∥8 h.The results showed that the growth,development and food utilization of the insects were strongly inhibited by aloperine,and the higher concentrations had stronger inhibitory effects.The effects were indicated by the declining of larval weight,daily body weight gain,relative growth rate,food intakes and feces excretion.Besides,the efficiency in utilizing and converting the food was also degraded.The results also showed that aloperine inhibited pupal period,pupal weight,pupation rate and emergence rate of C.anastomosis,and the higher concentrations had stronger inhibitory effects.
