催化合成乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE)工艺研究分析

     

摘要

A pilot experiment on the production of ETBE was carried out by using catalyst DE-01 from Dandong Mingzhu special type resin Co., Ltd and using refinery gas mixture C4 and ethanol as raw materials. Effect of alcohol/olefin ratio, reaction pressure, space velocity, reaction temperature on the isobutylene conversion was investigated in a fixed bed reactor. Appropriate etherification process parameters were obtained as follows: alcohol/olefin molar ratio 1.0~1.3, the space velocity 1.0~2.0 h-1, the reaction temperature 45~55 .℃The experiments used catalytic distillation process, the membrane technology was used to recycle ethanol, so as to improve the purity of ethyl tert-butyl ether, isobutylene conversion rate was more than 99.5%,the purity of ethyl tert-butyl ether product was more than 97%.%以炼厂气分混合C4和乙醇为原料,采用丹东明珠特种树脂有限公司生产ETBE醚化专用树脂催化剂DE-01合成乙基叔丁基醚工艺进行中试试验.在固定床反应器中考察了醇烯比、反应压力、反应空速、反应温度等工艺条件对异丁烯转化率的影响,取得了适宜的醚化工艺参数:醇烯摩尔比1.0~1.3,反应空速1.0~2.0 h-1,反应温度45~55 ℃.实验中有催化蒸馏工艺,利用膜技术回收乙醇,从而提高乙基叔丁基醚的纯度,异丁烯总转化率可达到99.5%以上,产品乙基叔丁基醚的纯度可达97%以上.
