通过对山西省的75份甜养遗传资源的主要营养成分进行分析,明确了山西省各地区甜养资源维生素E、维生素PP、和Se元素的平均含量和变化范围,筛选出高含量维生素E资源4份,高含量维生素PP资源5份,高硒资源17份,并对优异资源的分布情况进行了分析.%Analysis of nutritious Composition in 75 accessions of common buckwheat genetic resources in Shanxi province revealed the average Content and the variation of VE,VPP and Se in the common buckwheat from different region.4collections with higher VE Content,5 collections with higher VPP Content and 17 Collections with higher Se Content were Screened out.Furthermore,the distribution of the high quality common buckwheat resources was discussed in the paper.
