药剂诱导玉米孤雌生殖自交系产量性状配合力及遗传效应分析

Eight maize inbred lines of drug-induced parthenogenesis and the parents of shenyu21 were used as the test materials.Sixteen hybrids were analyzed in NCⅡ mating design to study the combining ability and he-redity effect.The results showed that maize inbred lines of 103009,104066,104089 had the higher general combining ability which crossed high yield hybrids of 103009/shenyu21♀、104066/shenyu21♀、103009/she-nyu2 1♂.The traits of ear diameter,drug-induced parthenogenesis breeding of maize can quickly breed yield-related traits GCA superior inbred,group with an excellent hybrid.%以药剂诱导孤雌生殖获得8个稳定自交系和沈玉21父母本为材料，采用 NCⅡ（不完全双列杂交）设计对组配的16个杂交种进行配合力分析，并估算遗传参数。结果表明，103009、04066、104089是产量性状一般配合力表现优良的自交系；筛选出高产组合103009／沈玉21♀、104066／沈玉21♀、103009／沈玉21♂等6个。研究表明，利用药剂诱导孤雌生殖育种技术可以快速选育出产量相关性状一般配合力优异的自交系，组配出优良的杂交组合。
