呼吸道病毒感染核酸检测技术及其应用进展

摘要

Acute respiratory infection are one of the most important causes of morbidity and mortality throughout the world, and the most of them are caused by respiratory viruses. Setting up the useful detecting techniques are the key point for respiratory viruses disease control and prevention. Molecular assays, which provide quick, conve-nientd, high-throughput, high sensitivity and specificity, are more commonly used as new gold standards than tissue culture in respiratory virus diagnosis. Now we take a brief review on the methods for detection of respiratory virus infection and its application.%急性呼吸道感染是全球范围内人类疾病和死亡的主要原因之一,其绝大部分是由呼吸道病毒所引起的.建立切实有效的实验室诊断技术,对于呼吸道病毒的防御和控制至关重要.以核酸为检测目的的分子诊断法,因其快速、简便、高通量、高灵敏度及高特异性,成为新一代呼吸道病毒检测的金标准.简要综述了呼吸道病毒感染核酸检测技术及其应用进展.
