瞄准肿瘤干细胞多药耐药性基因的靶向治疗策略

摘要

肿瘤干细胞(TSC)的学说得到了越来越多入的认可,而且多种TSC已被鉴定.当前TSC研究的重点之一是靶向治疗问题.有多项实验结果支持,TSC高表达ABC转运体是其多药耐药性的重要因为,因此,靶向TSC的ABC转运体在肿瘤化疗中起着关键作用.我们总结了靶向治疗TSC的ABC转运体的研究概况、存在问题及解决策略,以期在该领域研究能有更快进展.%Tumor stem cells (TSC) hypothesis has been more and more widely accepted, and many TSC have been identified.At present, one of the key issues in TSC research is a targeted TSC therapy.A number of experimental results support that an expression of ATP binding cassette(ABC) transporters in TSC is an important reason of tumor multidrug resistance.Therefore, targeting ABC transporters in the TSC plays a key role in tumor chemotherapy.In this review, we summarized the progresses of studies in targeting therapy of ABC transporters in TSC, encountered problems, and investigative strategies in future.The purpose of review is to expect to have an advancement in field of targeting of TSC.
