双掺质对KTP晶体晶胞参数及倍频效应的影响

摘要

采用X-射线单晶衍射仪、ICP和激光粉末倍频法,对Nb5+ ∶Nd3+∶KTP、Nb5+∶Tm3+∶KTP、Nb5+∶Yb3+∶KTP等三种不同双掺质的KTP晶体的晶胞参数、掺质含量及分配系数和粉末倍频效应进行了测试,并与纯KTP晶体作了比较,讨论了不同双掺质对KTP晶体晶胞参数及倍频效应的影响.%The determinations of the lattice parameters, the dopant contents and the frequency-doubling effects of three kinds of double doping KTP crystals,which are Nb5+∶Nd3+∶KTP, Nb5+∶Tm3+ ∶KTP and Nb5+∶Yb3+∶KTP crystals,have been completed respectively b y X-ray single crystal diffraction,ICP and powder frequency-doubling method.Th e results of the experiments have been compared with that of pure KTP crystal,an d the influence of the different double doping on the lattice parameter of KTP c rystal and frequency-doubling effect have been discussed.
